At Clear Horizons Recovery, we provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) as a safe and effective approach to overcoming opioid and alcohol addiction.

Our MAT program combines FDA-approved medications—such as Suboxone, Sublocade, Vivitrol, and Naltrexone—with counseling and behavioral support to address both the physical and emotional aspects of recovery.

This evidence-based treatment reduces cravings and withdrawal symptoms, helping patients focus on rebuilding their lives. With compassionate care and personalized treatment plans, our goal is to support long-term recovery and restore hope for a brighter future.

Counseling

At Clear Horizons, we emphasize personalized care as essential to recovery. Our therapy program provides a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with a licensed therapist.

Sessions are tailored to address the root causes of addiction, co-occurring mental health needs, and to strengthen coping skills, creating a solid foundation for lasting recovery.

Collaborative Inpatient Detox Services

Clear Horizons Recovery Clinic is strictly an outpatient program. If you require medical detox, we are proud to partner with Ivy Creek Detox, an inpatient medical detoxification program conveniently located within the same hospital setting.

At Ivy Creek Detox, patients receive acute treatment for withdrawal symptoms while being supported in exploring the next steps of their recovery journey. The program provides a 5-day medical detox, with admissions available 24/7.

Ivy Creek Detox accepts Medicaid, Medicare, most private insurance plans, and also offers a self-pay option for individuals without insurance. For added convenience, transportation is available Monday–Friday.
